How do I place an order?
Open a product, choose a pack size and quantity, add it to the cart, and complete checkout. The store confirms the order manually.
Do I need an account?
No. Checkout asks for your name, mobile number, and delivery address.
How can I pay?
Choose cash on delivery or the manual transfer option if the store has enabled it. The website does not collect card payments or verify UPI payments.
How do I track an order?
Open Track order and enter the order number plus the mobile number used at checkout.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact the store as soon as you can. See the refund and cancellation policy.
What is the shipping charge?
The shipping charge, any free-shipping threshold, and the minimum order are shown in the cart before you place the order.
Is the invoice a GST invoice?
No. The store can share a sales receipt. It is not a GST tax invoice.
