KanchaStore collects the details you submit while placing or tracking an order. This includes your name, mobile number, delivery address, city, pincode, optional notes, and the items you ordered.
The store uses these details to confirm, pack, deliver, and support the order. The website does not create a customer account.
Order information is visible to the store administrator. Tracking with an order number also requires the mobile number used on that order.
The website does not process card, UPI, or wallet payments. If you message the store on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp.
